Technology evolves from time to time and impacts various aspects of life. It is undeniable that almost every day experiences extraordinary growth and changes in the behavior of the world community. Many people use social media for business platforms with various easy access. Data from the Ketua Umum Kamar Dagang dan Industri (KADIN) shows that as many as 12.5% of Indonesian MSMEs have used technology to assist business activities during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020-2021, so all of them are not affected significantly. Even 27.6% of them showed an increase in sales. Moreover, the outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic caused this increase, and business competition on social media also became very tight. This study aims to find solutions to business competition problems that occur on social media due to the decline in MSMEs during the Covid-19 pandemic and have an impact on the competition sector as well as in the world of social media influencers. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research approach to describe the potential of technological progress as a forum for developing businesses. Based on the research results, an innovative idea for a digital platform called Social Media Manager (SOMENAGER) was born. SOMENAGER is a breakthrough in the form of an application that is used as an algorithm understanding solution for digital marketers to achieve high levels of engagement. This application helps the development of MSMEs in an era where humans are the main component, namely the generation of Society 5.0 and as an accelerator in the National Economic Recovery (PEN).
