Technology is reshaping education around the world. Today, education has changed dramatically, with the distinctive rise of e-learning especially during the COVID-19 pandemic, whereby teaching is undertaken remotely and on digital platforms. With this sudden shift away from the classroom in many parts of the globe, some are wondering whether the adoption of online learning will  continue to persist post-pandemic, and how such a shift would impact the worldwide education market. Therefore, most of educators in higher education institutions (HEIs) need some guidelines on how to teach and make assessment through online. Therefore, our team has innovated an e[1]book or digital book that consists of various digital tools with Bloom’s Digital Taxonomy for designing online materials and assessment for e-learning in 21st century education. The purpose of this e-book is to assist the educators of the higher institutions with digital tools for online teaching and assessment activities. Moreover, the e-book was designed based on the Bloom’s Digital Taxonomy that includes digital tools and activities. The e-book has novelty because this product is the first e-book integrating technology with Bloom’s Taxonomy. This e-book is also presented with both Microsoft 365 and Web digital tools with the sample of various digital activities. It is an effective guideline for designing online teaching and assessment with digital tools that are linked with the website links. This flexible virtual e-book is also specially designed with multimedia and colourful graphic elements. This innovated e-book will enhance and support the educators’ digital teaching skills and encourage e-learning environment among students. Hence, this innovated product is expected to have a good commercial value for Ministry of Higher Education (MoHE), educators, students, and education consultants and to be marketable not only in terms of e-book but it will also be in printed copy and application for local and international level.
