Thrush problems often occur in Indonesia, the problem is caused by a lack of awareness of citizens to maintain oral hygiene and excess vitamin C. In fact, Indonesia is rich in SDA (Natural Resources), one of which is Angsana leaves. So far, the utilization of Angsana leaves is still not optimal. Angsana leaves contain antiseptic and anti-inflammatory properties that can help treat canker sores. There are many ways to do this, one of them by using drugs. However, most of the content in thrush is chemical. Slowly but surely, excessive use of chemicals in the body can cause damage to several organs of the body due to the large number of toxins and foreign substances in the body. So the researchers made the product “Angsana Leaf Business Innovation” (Pterocarpus indicu) as a mouthwash herbal thrush, whose main ingredient is Angsana leaves, added with salt, cinnamon and cloves. Then a laboratory test was carried out by conducting three experiments with the best results falling on the third sample and using proximate test parameters which showed The results showed that the mouthwash from Angsana leaves was safe to consume for canker sores for people with canker sores, because of the high fluoride-free content of 542. Then the researchers also carried out organoleptic tests with results including color 8.1, taste 8.1, smell 8.2, and texture 8.1.Thus, organoleptic tests showed consumer interest in Angsana leaf mouthwashthis is high.
