Our world has been affected with lot of disasters. One of the most critically impactful disaster is haze. Haze is caused by a lot of factors but mainly from human activities such as starting forest fires. However, there’s also some cases where it comes from natural occurrences which is mostly caused by volcano eruption. People need to change to adapt with the new norms due to the dangerous haze side effects. For instance, during hazy weather, pedestrians crossing on a busy road are more likely to get into accidents. This is due to the fog obstructing the vision of the drivers. The pedestrians are more susceptible to hazards such as moving cars they cannot see due to their restricted vision. According to the US Department of Transportation, every year more than 38 000 vehicles crashes are due to fog. Our product equipped with Ultrasonic sensors that are waterproof with the ability of sensing up to 6 metres and can alert the users for the presence of car. The sensor will vibrate and LED light will be turn on based on the direction of vehicles. Our visors can also protect our eyes from dust and smoke particles which can lower the risk of having conjunctivitis and possibilities of eye problems. Not to worry, the visors are well-design with futuristic features that can solve the massive issues in haze.
